Group Meetings are weekly on:
Wednesday at 4:30pm
Online via a secure HIPAA compliant video meeting. -
$900 for a 1:1 evaluation and 8 group sessions
Breakdown:
$75 per group meeting$300 for the evaluation, if the group is not a good fit, we’ll work together to create a plan and discuss next steps to address your sleep concerns.

The good news is this can help from mild sleep problems to severe. No diagnosis is required prior to starting the group.
This group is for you if…
You have at least one of the following three nights per week or more (Does not have to be every night)
Taking 30 minutes or longer to fall asleep Or
30 minutes awake or more in the night or
Waking up too early
One of the above is causing you trouble and you’d like to improve your sleep.
