I help exhausted adults finally get consistent sleep again. Clients come to me desperate, anxious and tired. They’ve tried lots of other things already so they’re looking for an expert, not a generalist who just knows a bit about sleep.
They want someone who can take their unique health and sleep challenges into account, cut through the noise about sleep, and guide them through a tailored plan that will lead to meaningful improvements in their sleep, life, and health.
They are determined to do what it takes to sleep well. They’re looking for someone who isn’t going to judge them - someone who will partner with them on this journey toward better sleep and ultimately better health.
I often work with people who have struggled with insomnia for decades, have multiple sleep issues or disorders and have tried just about everything to sleep well from reading books and scientific articles to buying sleep trackers and apps. They are often surprised that it works because they thought they were “too far gone.” They often tell me they wish they had tried it sooner.

Usually after 1.5-2 months or 6-8 weeks of treatment, we’ll wrap up our work together so you can enjoy your meaningful improvements in sleep.
The results stick long after treatment ends and once they’re set, take little effort to maintain because it’s not about suppressing symptoms, the underlying root cause has been addressed.
While it may feel too good to be true, this process has a very high success rate. It’s common for feelings of caution or scepticism to be strong in the beginning, or to have fears that it won’t work for you, that’s normal. Often, what really changes someone’s mind is the experience of more consistent good sleep.
“I didn’t think it would happen for me” or “I can’t believe it, but I had another great night again” are common sentiments at the end of treatment.
